How about getting some of these companies( the few left ) to hire people ALREADY highly skilled in these jobs, BACK to work, instead of spending taxpayer dollars on “”training programs” ? Oh, yeah, they dont qualify for the WOTC tax credits, the reason why CT’s, already in place, skilled work base is leaving.
